An absolutely amazing experience! Stone/Stoke was our guide for adventure rapids you really should remember the name of the person you are trusting your safety with anywhoooo you must try this adventure. He was so experienced and really went out of his way to permit our group to enjoy all of the exciting rapid opportunities. Very funny and enjoyable to be around. The zip lines were great too. All of the staff was incredibly personable, at the same time professional, they prioritize guest safety. We got a day pass, really wish We would have gotten the year pass. We will be back a bunch despite the 2 hour drive. Would highly recommend to anyone!
We did the raft and zip tour. It was our first time rafting and our guide, Caitlin, made it a great experience! Zip lining wasn't bad. We've done that multiple times before on other courses in other areas so we're very experienced in it. This course was very small and you don't get to brake yourself which is unusual for us. The end of the course is about a half mile walk from where you start so that was odd, too. Why not have the last zip end near where the first one starts like other courses? We'll go back for the rafting but won't zip line again.
We had so much fun! Staff was so friendly and helpful at every turn. The place was clean and safe. We were also very impressed with the food! This was our first visit so we asked a lot of questions and we always felt like we were given that person's time and received a thorough and comprehensive answer. We witnessed other guests also receiving the same level of care we received. I was especially concerned about the white water rafting as I was just getting over a bad sinus infection. I informed our guide of my concerns and illness and I immediately felt like he cared and would take care of us - which he did! We were able to zip-line multiple times as well as enjoy the other tree courses. I read another review that said they had to walk back to the starting point? Every zip-line/activity we did (and I believe we did them all) dropped us right back where we started. We loved our time here and we will be back!
I really like this place. Everyone is nice and extremely helpful. Plus, there are tons of things to do. Take the kids and get them out moving around. There are several trails, two rock walls, two zip lines, and you can kayak, paddle board or raft. There is only one reason I don't give it a five. . My tax dollars have helped fund this place. Not a fan of tax dollars going to any kind of entertainment, but that isn't the workers fault. They will help you have a good time.
One of my favorite places on earth. Bought a season pass this year so I can go more often. They keep adding things to increase and improve the activities. You can spend an entire day and never do the same thing twice. Ropes courses and kayaking are my two favorites. Zip lines are awesome too. Rock climbing over a pool is so much fun, because if you fall or reach the top, you simply let go and plunge into the pool below. Restaurant is excellent. Everything is maintained so well.
