So, my flight gets cancelled and I have to wait until tomorrow to get on the next plane. Usually I'd be able to book a room over the phone for ANY hotel....except this one. They wanted to scrutinize me and put me through trial and tribulation to simply book a room, stating that "PER HOTEL POLICY" they have to have you fill out a form that is faxed or emailed to me to have my card on file, as they cannot take credit card numbers over the phone. I then find our my friend has been talking with this same hotel, was able to book a room, AND was able to give credit card information over the phone, so he got a room and I didn't not. Whether it be company policy or not, somebody is in the wrong, and this hotel has gone down the drain from what it used to be. I will never be gracing this establishment with my presence again, and I will be sure to share my ATROCIOUS experience with everyone I meet. This staff is extremely unprofessional, and I will never be doing business with them again.

Our company just had our 2nd Annual Manager's Meeting yesterday and I wanted to take a minute to recognize and thank Ashley Stout for all of her help throughout the process. She is so responsive, helpful, and made the process so easy! Everything was just as we hoped it would be. And the meeting, the conference room, the breakfast, lunch, and all the rooms were great! I would highly recommend the hotel and conference rooms to everyone in need of either (or both). Thank you, Ashley and Holiday Inn! See you next year, if not sooner.

Our room was fine for our needs. The outdoor pool had some debris in it (leaves, bugs, wood chips) but was easy to address. A suggestion to management: A few umbrellas for shade along the poolside would be a great addition.

The hotel itself was fine. Large, clean rooms, friendly staff and close enough to the airport with free transportation. The problem was the food. Overprinced and not that good. I ordered the fish and chips and it was probably the worst I have ever had. I coworker ordered one of their pizzas and said I'd was decent. However, the personal pizza was too small.

The location is amazing. Easy access to and from the airport. Basically a mile. The interior of my guest room seemed to have been remodeled somewhat recently. I left pretty early, so I didn't experience the breakfast. It is an additional charge though. Check in was quick and simple, similar with other IHG properties.
