This hotel was great! Customer service was awesome. Melanie at the front desk made sure all of our needs were met. I wish there was a pool, but its perfect for a short stay or business trip. Shopping and eateries are in walking distance. The rooms are modern and spacious! I plan on booking here again when family is in town.
This is a great property. Ive stayed many times so far. Location is great, right near shopping and many restaurants. Rooms are very quiet. My only knock is they charge for coffee in the morning at the breakfast station. Other AC Hotels do not charge if you just want to grab a coffee. Other than that minor detail, great property.
Check in wasnt great. No recognition of titanium elite status, only pointed me to elevators. No mention of food options. Spotless my clean but soulless decor. Grey and beige is not contemporary. Sterile and unwelcoming. I usually stay next door at the Marriott where it is much warmer and has a great lounge. This is fine for an overnight business trip but definitely not good for a weekend break or romantic getaway. I was also charged for goods from the store that I had not purchased and noticed I was charged for the room twice on my card. I called and they rectified the mistake but Ive never experienced this before in 7 years as a titanium level frequent guest. Wont be back
This was our first experience at an AC Hotel. We definitely would choose another brand next time. Although extremely clean, there were a few issues of comfort. The beds were rock hard. We both woke up stiff and sore. The rooms have set thermostat regulations, so we were unable to set the thermostat on a comfortable temperature, which we verified by calling to front desk. The ac/heat system is also motion activated, so it gets very stuffy in the room when there is no motion due to no circulation. When we arrived in our first room, there was a ladder and maintenance equipment, so we had to return downstairs for a new room assignment. Staff was very friendly.
This hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable. However, I have to give a 2 star review (even though I never leave a review) because it was not an enjoyable experience. This hotel is brand new, so obviously it is going to be beautiful and clean, however, I always stay at the Marriott next door, but during my last trip I decided to try this hotel out. Here are the reasons I will not be staying again. It first and foremost has to do with the lady who checked me in, and was so rude that I will not be back. Again, I never review hotels if I am disappointed by a small thing, but the fact that the associate put a terrible taste in my mouth the second I entered, I couldnt help but find the faults throughout my stay. -No mobile key even though requested 6 hours prior to check in.. still didnt get it after check in -Did mobile check in and wasnt ready - took 10 minutes and I was the only person there at front desk -extremely rude associate at front desk (not engaging or welcoming at all -did not mention anything about the hotel besides where elevators were (nothing about breakfast, dinner options at hotel, bar, no mention of amenities, etc? -no recognition of titanium elite -no gift option offered at check in ($10 credit or points) -no green initiatives to skip on cleaning service for a 2+ night stay -still in construction -parking spaces way too small (not enough spaces) -access doors nearest to bars still have no card entry access -no complimentary coffee in the lobby - got charged to room for a to-go coffee For this to be a brand new hotel and a beautiful hotel, Im very disappointed in the service overall.
